You are invited to serve and love your neighbors at Broadway House Women‘s Shelter. We are hosting a special Easter potluck lunch at the shelter and we need volunteers! This is always an extra special event for the residents, and we need church friends and members to help with the following: 1) Prepare a dish to share (main, side or dessert). Typical potluck food like meat dishes, casseroles, salads, etc. that can feed large groups is best as this is a 165-bed shelter. 2) Help serve food to the women at the shelter and spend time with them. 3) We also need cars to help transport the food. If you are interested in helping, please email Kendall Seely (email@example.com) for more details or to sign up.
Our church invites you to be a part of a neighborhood parish! Each parish seeks to follow Christ in faith and mission – experiencing his presence and power together. The group seeks to pray, study, eat, serve, read, and have recreation – to share a common life. Please get more information from our welcome table at the entryway of the church or contact the elder or pastor who is overseeing your parish.

Resurrection Brooklyn Heights is a part of a larger network of churches called Resurrection Brooklyn. Together, we are seeking the flourishing our borough by seeking the flourishing of our neighborhoods. Though most of our work is done as individual congregations, some of it is done together. One ministry we all support is RezYouth. RezYouth meets on Friday nights at 6:30 p.m. atour central office in Downtown Brooklyn.
If you have kids, or know of any kids in middle school and high school, that might like to join, please let them know about our youth group. Any questions can be directed to the Youth Group Director, Steven Gil.
